The 19th–21st of August
This holyday is held from the 19th to 21st of August on the territory of Nalychevo National Park. It’s held every year on the last Saturday of August on the Avachynsky pass. The program includes: mass ascent of Avachynsky volcano, sightseeing near Verblud mountain, golf tournament, different contests and quizzes, movie watching, dance groups and bard songs performance, disco. From 2010 “Volcano Day” got a status of an official festival.
